The pictures were exactly like the room, spa tub and all. Even down to the same type of bedding.
Negatives:
The ac didn't blow air on any other speed but low. It stayed warm in there. Went and got a fan to help circulation of the ac air. There were only 2 pillows on the bed, asked for more, and I got told no, they didn't have any extra. So, I bought us some extra pillows at the store . The hallway smells like mildew. Every afternoon and night, the neighbors would smoke weed. Which made our room smell. Had to go outside a few times to get rid of the headache from the odor of this. We needed up leaving early from our trip there.

No hair dryer, no coffee maker , no iron and ironing board. When asked the lady at the desk, we don't offer them.
The pool was open when we got there but was closed the whole time after that. When asked about the pool being closed, they were made to close it. I'm not sure why, but they did offer to open it for us to get in
These were the only complaints I have. This go around, and I only stay there.

Friendly staff at front desk. They assisted during check in very quickly.

Housekeeping is below standard. Sleeping in the same bed linen for 2 weeks and the rooms not getting swept out when they service the rooms. I had requested that my room be serviced and when I returned home from work, the bed was stripped and not remade with clean linen, the floors are gritty with sand and parl
King lot dirt. No towels and washcloths were replaced when the dirty ones were taken. For what I pay for my room, I shouldn’t have to go down stairs to get the stuff so that I can fix my bed and take a shower. The fact that I reported that my cable wasn’t working in my room and still it hasn’t been fixed.

Long trip and we needed to rest. Like the reasonable price for a couple of hours.
Negatives:
No breakfast to continue our trip. Two members of my family also had their rooms.
As we waited there were no enough chairs in the lobby for them to sit to wait for our ride. We needed one more room for another family member. So they had to book another place to stay.

The smell was awful, even though I requested a non-smoking room. After a night all of my clothes reeked of cigarrette smoke. I washed them twice, but ended throwing them away. You can't get rid of that smell.
