After an 8 hour drive while 7 months pregnant, the first moment I walked into the room I noticed that it had a terrible strong pee stinch. I overlooked it because I was ready to sleep! Once I got settled into my room, and finally crawled into bed I noticed there were bugs in the bed that looked similar to lice! Soon as I laid on the pillow I saw one jump! I began searching the bed and found 3 more!!!! I had a king suite with jacuzzi. I called the front desk and they got me another room on the other side of the hotel. The 2nd room didnt have bugs but it was a downgrade to a double bed with no jacuzzi. I asked the front desk at checkout would I receive a discount due to the bug infestation and the inconvenience of moving rooms at 2am in the morning and a downgrade at that. She said she would speak to the manager once they arrived. I never was able to reach the manager and my card was charged full price of the king jacuzzi suite.
