Negatives: I dont like anything about the hotel the staff looked as if he was on drugs and they were screaming all night in the hotel

Negatives: It was dirty, smelly, bugs. And over priced for the product. No breakfast.

Negatives: The floor was dirty. There was no iron and the ironing board was broken. There were only 2 towels and no hand towels. No breakfast.

Negatives: There was a bug on the ceiling in our room. Not enough towels and the towels that were in the room were dirty & had holes in them. Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear everything including someone who had a cat meowing.

Negatives: the whole motel smells of mold and mildew. I booked for a 2 bed room ( that was not ready when i got there), I ended up with a one king bed room. the smell of mold was the first thing yiu smell walking into the building, the rooms are nice but it to 3 to get me a room ( the other had a air cleaner sanitizing the room, the desk person are great and i did report it to her and will be contacting the hotels representative. i do not wish anyone to stay there until the place has been thouroughly cleaned. IT SMELLS AS ID IT HAS BEEN DLOOSES inwould also like to know how can i be accommodated for getting nothing i paid for. thank you patricia smith

Negatives: Not clean, rooms not clean and the first room we were given had someone using it

Negatives: The carpet that surrounded the bed hadn't been vacuumed. There was an old hole in the ceiling in the bathroom above the sink. Mirrors had been wiped with a dirty towel which left a streaky film all over them. Trashy outside the hotel.

Negatives: First thing you walked into the hotel walking into hallway smelled of marijuana. Room keys didnt work properly after the last night there had to have it redone so we could get into room. Room smelled of cigarettes, yellow stains on bathroom ceiling plus sheets didnt stay on bed noticed cigarette burns in the mattress. Bought room deodorizer to help with the smell. The doors to get into hotel with the room key was never locked so really anyone from the street could have come and go without having a room. The curtain covering the window you could not look outside, because it was barely hanging from the wall and the screws were visible. Beds were old and springy. The pillows were balled up filling inside. The morning we were leaving my husband took a shower after he was finished the curtain and rod fell on him, he tried putting it back up but it was a lost cause. We paid quite a bit to stay there as it was closer to Auburn since the other hotels near there were booked. I know this happens that they charge triple the amounts for hotels during football season. This hotel however is in need of dire repair, and needs lots of updating.

Negatives: Filthy / old / run down / too expensive

Negatives: From the moment I walked in, I did not like the appearance, the lack of staff and the fact that My reservation clearly states friday through sunday.my sign on my door said please do not disturb.however They cleaning staff came in took my two Temper pedic pillows a day was only able to return one back to me. The place smelt light cigarettes, And was one hundred percent opposite of the Pictures. Also the room did not have all amenities listed.
