The location was good. It was close to everything we needed
Negatives:
Half my lights didn't work, my bath tubs were not cleaned, and my toilet was stopped up. When I went to the desk to address my concerns they told me they had no housekeepers and no maintenance that they would send someone to check the lights and fix the toilet after check out the next morning and they gave me a spray bottle of cleaner and told me to clean the bathtubs myself if I wanted them cleaned because they didn't have any rooms to move me into.

I had an emergency and they wouldn't even work with me to give me a partial refund so I paid for a full booking and never stayed there so no the customer service wasn't great.

Our room had 3 mini-fridges, and none worked. The bathroom toilet made a loud noise all night. Our room temperature was way too hot when we arrived, and it took a while for it to get comfortable. The bed covers were basically 2 sheets. The bedroom was a double full bed but the bathroom only had enough towels for 2 people.

Every time I stay I have a nasty tub nasty toilet and the sheets are always stained floors looks like they haven’t been swept and mopped
