Everything! This is our 2nd stay here 2 years in a row! We love this Hampton Inn & Suites! Location is great, close to everything! Right on the beach & a close walk to the beach from the hotel! Wonderful Breakfast every day!! The staff is always amazing & eager to help you with all your needs! Our room was awesome & very comfortable! Happy this is pet friendly!
Negatives:
The $15 a day for parking! Seems like prices have gone up quite a bit! They do not except your ESA service animals, still charge you for the $75 pet fee! That was disappointing, Ihave a small 10 lb shi-pooh dog which is certified as an ESA service dog! The construction of a new Phoenix Condos right next to the Hampton, we had a partial view 2 Queen bed room & the construction started early of course & the view was limited but we still enjoyed our room very much!

The ladies at the desk when I checked in were not informative, also I don’t own a credit card so she acted as though I couldn’t check in with out one even though I paid online for the room and she didn’t tell me how much was needed for the check in
