Room key issues. Had to go back and forth to the front desk multiple times just to gain access to the room. Maintenance was called up twice to look at the door. No resolve.
Easter egg hunt was advertised for the kids starting at 1030. Our family arrived 10 minutes early and it had already taken place. Several upset guests and families.
They had a company come in to so type of inspection. They were taking pictures of minor children without any parent consent.
Toilet leaked the whole 5 days.
Hot tub was not operational. Would not turn on or bubble up.
