Positives:
My dog was able to stay with me for free, no deposit like the other local motels, cheapest place around, and was private and safe enough.
Negatives:
There was weird noises, the electricity strained if the microwave was going while the refrigerator was plugged in, area seemed a bit shady. But I stayed to myself so all was good.

Toilet leak, Biting bugs, Poor shower, Bath wouldnt hold water, Bed looked older than the toilet It was flat, springs were noisy and the sheets didnt fit the mattress. Sheets also fitted upside down. Microwave was filthy with worn out minutes on timer

The NO REFUND AFTER CHECKING IN sign should have made me turn and RUN! I did not like anything except getting off the highway.
Negatives:
Sticky floors - poorly maintained building, wifi issues - on/off repeatedly. Didnt even touch bath tub cause it looked dirty, grateful for the few white towels - they appeared usable. Unfriendly check in check out clerk - I should have counted the money spent a loss and went elsewhere -

The vegetable garden on back side of building and the easy accessibility of the parking

Everything was extremely dusty and falling apart even the water from the shower was spraying backwards in between the wall and nothings was working
