The beds were absolutely horrible, they were so hard that they actually hurt all of our backs and we didn't get much sleep at all each night. The staff when they came to clean the room, wouldn't give you enough time to get to the door, and on more than one occasion opened the door and started to just come into the room uninvited. Sorry but that's highly rude in my opinion and should never be done, unless there is some kind of emergency that is suspected.
