The duvet cover did not completely cover insert. Does the insert get cleaned every new customer or just the cover? The bathroom floor had a few hairs with one hair on shampoo dispenser. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling away from wall. The toilet paper holder was rusting and coming out of wall. This hotel is well used- may be time to update.

Hotel, staff, and breakfast were all fantastic. Location is great, right off of I-65 and across from major restaurants and shopping. Outdoor swimming pool looked inviting, though we did not use it in January. Hotel room is large and spacious.
Negatives:
Unfortunately, a hotel is mainly about overnight stays, and the beds were not comfortable. Thin mattress felt hard, and all of the sheets and blankets were very harsh and scratchy. I honestly went looking for bedbugs because I was itching so badly from the blankets - did NOT find bedbugs thank goodness, but that meant that the sheets really were as harsh as they seemed. I'm already a light sleeper, and I might have gotten 1-2 hours of sleep that night.
