Unfortunately the room was not as expected. We have stayed there before but this time the room was dirty,sofa was stained. Shower head barely sprayed out water, so clogged. Fridge didn't work resulting in defrosting overnight. Woke up to water everywhere.

Barking dogs, at 9:30 I relocated to to a different room & and put up with the stench of stale cigarette smoke for the rest of the night! The Great Dane that I saw in the hallway barking with its owner weighs well over 80lbs and I do know what a Great Dane looks like. I will never stay in a LaQuinta again!

The interior of the hotel was not well maintained. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing; there were oil stains on the headboard, oil stains on the table, the chair was not clean, the toilet paper roll in the bathroom was not replaced, and the floor was sticky. Way overpriced for what it was.

The breakfast was sad!! They ran out of food and there wasnt much to begin with. Also, the tables were dirty and not cleaned
after guest used them. You need to go to a Sleep Inn and check their breakfast out! Cost less to stay and much better!

Propert presents well. Lobby area was first rate. Staff at desk were attentive, cordial and friendly. Shared great restaurant recommendation that was spot on.

Bed was not as comfortable as hoped. A matter of taste I know but it was VERY firm with no comfort layer. We prefer a firm mattered but with a layer of comfort. This was too firm. The only real negative was the room hard furniture looked like thrirt store reject. Pieces of laminate were peeling off and top hinge of cabinet to access refrigerator was hanging loose. This caused a minor bruise to my wifes hand. See pics attached. Im giving the benefit of doubt in thinking perhaps the excellent renovations inthe lobby havent yet reached the third floor. We were in took 310.
