Positives: The stay was not pleasant. I never have experienced this type of stay with any Hilton.I didn’t have hot water the second night. I didn’t sleep well with all the noise and I reported it seems like nothing was done. The manager asked me about my stay and he replied that the faculty was crowded is the reason for the noise. However, I paid a great amount for two days that answer was unacceptable and I couldn’t believe that was the answer given about the unacceptable noise level throughout the night and morning.
Negatives: The lack of urgency of the noise level throughout the nights.
