It was filthy. Sheets stained and had holes in the blankets. Both bath towels were dirty. I requested 2 new towels and one of those were dirty as well. I was also charged $14 more than I was supposed to for the room. I will not be going back ever.

Despite the claim not charged until arrival, hotel attempted to put a hold on my card which was refused. The hotel then proceeded to cancel my reservation. Two primary complaints, one, they attempted to charge for the room prior to my arrival against the stated policy of payment on arrival, and second, there was no attempt to inform me the reservation had been cancelled. I was offered a room approximately 17% above the reservation price.
For Internet transactions I use a preload debit card. This experience, a hotel cancelling my reservation due to a hold refusal, was the first occurrence.
Negatives:
Hotel did not follow stated policy and took no action to inform customer of cancellation.
