Negatives: The room was dirty...trash on the floor next to the beds and in the night stabd drawer..the tv didn't work...the fridge didn't work....we had no towels to shower with...only one of the beds had any pillows and there was an old moldy Hotdog in the fridge....it was disgusting

Negatives: The front desk tried to charge our card for additional nights after we had already checked out and turned in the keys. They said it was a mix-up, but they did that a couple of times, and the amount they were charging wasn't even room prices!! I feel they were hoping we wouldn't catch the additional charges and pocketing the extra $$!! The facilities need to be updated, and the pool wasn't even clean or ready!!

Negatives: Booked room and hotel was full and nor room available. Staff had nor explanation as to why a room would be booked and the hotels was full. Staff advised they would cancel reservation and not charge for room. Break down in communications somewhere.
