Everything simply because the room was disgusting! It smelled, mold on the ceiling, walls were so dirty with whatever splashed upon them. The toilet, itself is a ROUND TOILET. So why would anyone, decide to put an ELONGATED TOILET SEAT on it?
The bed sheets, pillow cases and comforter had stains all over on the first bed. I was upset for starters when I walked in the room, because I booked a king bed. No room key was given when I checked in, was told the key machine and system was down.
I showed Tiffany the bed and she tried to appease me with a new comforter, top sheet and pillow cases. I thank her for that. My stay would have been GREAT, if I were placed in one of the. renovated rooms the staff were preparing upon my arrival. The staff were there late Friday night and early Saturday morning preparing rooms. Excessive noise i heard throughout the night, my room 225 is right in front of the stairs.
