Front desk was rather rude. I did arrive 2 hours early to an empty parking lot - literally only staff were parked. The lady that checked us in gave the trolly eyes, and acted like she did us a huge favor.

The room was spotless and the elevator and lobby area was also very clean. The front desk employee was very nice and she gave me all the information I needed as I checked in (wifi info, breakfast times, etc). Our beds were very comfortable and a nice respite from a 10 hour drive. I have stayed at 2 different hotels in Scottsboro over the past few summers but this was my first time at the Comfort Inn. I will definitely stay there again.
Negatives:
The ice maker on your floor was not working so we had to go back and forth to the ice maker near the front desk every time we needed ice. I was not comfortable letting my kids do that unattended (if the one near our room worked I could watch them from the doorway) so I had to go get the ice every time.
