The location was great. Although finding the entrance was a bit confusing.
The day desk clerk was so helpful! Professional and experienced.

The door wouldnt open. Thought the key was de-magnetized but after 2 different keys and the HK key found out that it was the door being stuck on the weather strip causing it not to read the card (???). Roaches! I forgot how bad they can be. The towels were stained and worn out. One wash cloth had what looked like mold on it. There was hair in the drain. The sheets were so scratchy I wasnt sure if it was insects or bad detergent. I had to checkout early as the issues were just too much to overcome.

The staff were very nice. I left a power cord in the room. When I called they went right to the room and saved it for me

The room had a very bad odor. The odor I'm still on our belongings and lingered in our truck after putting our suitcases back in there. There were roaches. One was even on the bed! We were afraid to bring our suitcases back in our house because roaches crawled in there

The bed was not very comfortable. It took the shower a couple of minutes with the water running to get warm enough to take a shower. ROACHES!!!! Huge roach problem in the room I stayed in! I killed three roaches that were crawling up the wall!!!

The lawn was nice! The morning customer service was a very nice lady.

The facility was under construction that was not stated online, but I also couldn't find the driveway to the facility at 1st. The front entry to the lobby was under construction as well. The room had a gap in the door, so a few beetles had gotten in. There were stains on the sheets and blankets.
