Negatives: When they take the 50$ deposit they take there time to release it back to your account,they have 110$ for deposit that they have not released.I have stayed in multiple hotels and the longest I waited was 4 days not over a week.

Negatives: Room key reader was bromen in the first room, broken AC and disconnected phone in the second, front desk refused to do anything about it, sweated all night, never asked how our stay was, emailed asking about a refund, no reply
