Negatives: The rooms I was initially in on the outside of the property had ROACHES coming out the sockets

Negatives: The property could have been cleaner. We had two rooms the room with 3 queens was great, however the 2 queen bed room stunk, very musky smelling and damp feeling. The inside could also use some updating. There was a huge hole in the ceiling showing wires and insulation. The bathtub also seemed weak in spots feeling as if you stood there you would fall through while showering.

Negatives: A few bugs, and musty room.

Negatives: We stayed 2 nights( Thursday and Saturday) for an all star baseball game. I called the hotel direct and booked a room for Thursday night ..it was clean but smelled very Smokey & damp. The 2nd night, in a different room was very good, which I booked thru Booking.com. Also, about 8:30 pm, a man was walking thru the parking lot and was following my daughter in law to the laundry room as she went to put their uniforms from the washer to the dryer. one of our teams dads saw him from the pool and he immediately went to check on her.. when the man saw he was being approached he left the hotel’s property. why did he leave if he wasn’t up to something fishy? May or may not have been anything but it set us all on edge. Not the hotels fault because he appeared to be walking thru the property. Lesson learned. Don’t go anywhere alone.

Negatives: Roaches

Negatives: I usually don’t write reviews but I just feel like I need to warn other people on this awful place. When we entered our NON SMOKING room we were immediately hit with an STRONG pot smell. It was so bad we couldn’t even stay in the room for 10 minutes without getting a headache and sick to our stomachs. Our friends got a different room and it was the same exact smell mixed with mold. Not to mention there were dirty clothes hanging over the railing on the outside of the place and a basket of dirty clothes sitting in the hall way. We went to the front desk to try to get other rooms and informed the lady about the smell. She was not friendly or apologetic but gave us other rooms. These new rooms still smelled bad of mold and it was making our throats burn just a few minutes being in the rooms. There was also a dirty bandaid on the bathroom counter. We ended up leaving to find another hotel and the front desk lady refused to give us a refund. Do not stay here.

Negatives: I would say the outside ice machine.

Negatives: The bathroom was definitely not as clean as it could have been but it wasn’t terrible. It just had a really musky smell. The room itself was nice and comfortable.
