Positives:
I was traveling to Florida with my grandkids. We stayed the night here to break up the drive. Staff was very friendly, it was clean, comfortable and the rooms had more space than most. With 3 kids that's important! The pool area was clean and the kids got to burn off some energy. The breakfast buffet was awesome. Something for everyone. This will definitely be a stop for us in the future!

I would have been more comfortable if the pool area was either more well lit or was more secure.

Nothing, the first time I have ever went into. Room to stay and had to request my money back and go stay next door to them.
Negatives:
Bed cover and sheets were dirty, left over pee around the toilet, along with other people’s trash still behind the bed.

The property had a wonderful breakfast and the morning clerk was very helpful and kind.
Negatives:
The room smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking. My whole family woke up with sore throats and headaches from the stay. Our room should’ve been a double queen. We were put in a king room for 3 people to sleep in. Since we checked in after midnight (20 minutes after booking as we were driving) we couldn’t check in with our reservation and had to pay for the room AGAIN. It was refunded the next morning but very inconvenient and frustrating.
