It was very run down, unsafe. Room was dirty, front desk staff was rude, tried to say we reserved a smoking room-I have asthma and a lung disease! We would never reserve smoking! Towels, toilet paper were very thin and bathroom was disgusting.

The staff was friendly and willing to work with us but that is all I liked.

Everything about this hotel. It was the dirtiest room I have ever seen. The room had not been cleaned and the bed could not have passed any health inspection. There were stains on the mattress and sheets, flies on the bed and floor, and the bathroom was not cleaned. We also did not realize until check-in that there are smoking and non-smoking rooms and the system automatically booked us in smoking rooms. This was not an option when I booked the rooms and we were traveling with a friend that was pregnant. We ended up having to leave and find another hotel due to the lack of cleanliness.
