Positives:
It was centrally located to main little area with restaurants and bars. There was plenty of parking. My room was clean and snacks like: goldfish, snickers, sun chips, skittles, water, perrier, etc were awaiting me on the counter and in the mini fridge as a VIP perk. The breakfast dining area was clean and had plenty of seating.

There were no negatives points in my stay.

The air in the room obviously wasn’t working right . We stay hot and had it on 66 the entire time but when we came in later in the night it was still hot , probably around 70 ..

The gentleman who checked us put was very polite and respectful. He actuallywas yhe staff that made us say, "Okay, all of them are not rude.. The culinary staff was amazing. The janitor was helpful and polite.
Negatives:
When I called the day of my check-in around 1 p.m., the desk lady was very rude and disrespectful. I did speak with the manager on duty to report her. She almost made me ask for a refund and go to another hotel. On the morning of check out, housekeeping did not announce herself,she just proceeded to open the door until I said , "Can I help you. That's when she said housekeeping. It was nowhere near checkout. We were not even up for breakfast.

The broken couch and cratered couch pillows, the mold around the tub, the awful shower head - it was a fire hose and intermittently would cut out, the filthy sink - there’s a plug or something on the interior rim filled with disgusting stuff
