We were traveling on New Years Eve. Arrive in the evening and the young girl at front desk was very sweet. I asked about places to eat nearby and she took the time to call restaurants to see if they were open. We had a very comfortable evening and left in the morning to continue our drive. We booked a room that included breakfast, but being New Year's Day, they were not serving. I mentioned it to the girl at front desk and she immediately said she would take the charge off. I appreciated both of the girls working the front desk being so helpful and friendly.

I left... didnot stay due to filthy conditions !!! Unable breathe due animal odors, blood and fecal matter on door facing in bath room. Health violations thruout!! Took my bag and left. Manager of no assistance..did not offer to check room. Said Dot com would have to refund payment with his approval only! Whole thing seems illegal. Scam ? Dot com do the right thing and refund this 74 yr old lady for room Unable to stay in!!!

Condition! Absolutely not a safe environment! Elevator button. And signage taped to walls. Poorly maintained property. Retired infection control nurse that believes property not safe for anyone!!

When we walked into the Hilton, we were greeted with smiles and a positive attitude. The place was very clean. You couldnt ask for a better staff. Very friendly and will carry on in conversations.

There was so much wrong - Room 200 is over the boiler room, bed was hard as a rock, I was awakened by housekeeping twice before check out even though I had the do not disturb sign on the door!
Positives:
Great customer service, room was clean and quiet. Had to leave early due to emergency and the staff helped with getting us checked out and on our way with no problems.
Negatives:
No real complaint, everyone was nice and helpful. TV guide if I have to write what I didn't like. I have no negatives to write.
