Positives: Tiffany was very professional and pleasant.

Negatives: I received a call while we were at breakfast on Sunday asking me to move out of room 209 because another reservation made specifically requested a roll in shower. I'm also older with disabilities, but complied. We were moved to 509. Breakfast was offered, but did not look appetizing... This hotel needs significant maintenance. The left elevator "often" will not allow the selection of the 2nd floor. The keyless entry system is a hot mess, and needs attention asap. Our cards had to be reprogrammed 6 or 7 times. Ridiculous! The outdoor furniture is dated and worn - need new seat cushions right away. My wife ordered a Po Boy (shrimp) sandwich that she took two bites out of and discarded in the trash. Good location - wrong management team.
