Negatives:
The room was not as clean as usual. Room 309 had mold/buildup in between the window panes, the curtain was broke. Hair in the bed, broken toilet seat, they apparently fixed the drywall and mudded onto the wallpaper and at midnight the fire alarm went off and thankfully it was a false alarm but the front desk had no clue and said they didn’t know how to turn it off.

Positives:
The breakfast was good, the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We found the beds to be comfortable. And everything was clean.
Negatives:
The heater for the indoor pool was not working so the water was freezing. That was one of the reasons we went there, so my grandsons could swim. That was disappointing.
