Nothing booked online and was unaware of the 60 security deposit. Once I arrived to the location my room had already been paid for and I was instructed by the front desk to contact booking regarding cancellation. I have been a choice member for several years. The representative spoke with the front desk clerk Joanna and asked her to waive my cancellation fee in which she responded she would not . Joana was very rude and inconsiderate.
