They were rude and couldn't find our confirmation number. They didn't want to help us find a solution. We are in our 70s and needed help. We decided to go somewhere else. Then I had to try to call them, for them to return the money that they charged and had to leave a message. 3 Three hours later, the manager called me, and he was rude . While I was trying to explain what was happening, he got mad at me and called me a liar and hung up on me. 5 minutes later, the money showed back up in my account. I am not impressed with Wyndham. I have stayed in several times to get my points in places that I will NEVER go back to.
