Negatives: It could use a deep clean - the hallways and elevators need a good wipe down and clean all the corners and trim.

Negatives: proper cleaning of room. better staff at desk completely rude. the GM was much better to deal with . staff intered my room at 9pm .without consent while gone . Smelled like a Meth Lab at 830pm - 600am . in the hallway to our room eyes burning bad. had to use towels AROUMD OUR DOOR to block the stench... of pure ammonia . staff unwilling to do the right thing. about it . and evict the perpetrators. very complicite in this it seems . a naked women running the hall. and a man beating on doors at 12 midnite .avoid this place at all costs. Unless you want to sleep wondering if the room across the hall is going to blow up in the middle of the night. crazyest place ive ever spent in my life. and ive circumnavigated the globe. I HAVE PICTS OF THE FILTHY BED AS WELL . WHEN TALKING TO DESK STAFF ,WAS TOLD TO GO ELSE WHERE IF I DIDNT LIKE IT.THAT ALL ROOMS WHERE LIKE THIS. UUGGG. HARD TO DO AT LATE NITE CHECK IN . SHOULD HAVE GOTTEN A REFUND . NEVER AGAIN

Negatives: I didn't like how dirty the room was, there was confetti and a unblown balloon under the couch, there was hair in the tub and in the bathroom sink. Only one tv remote worked, it was dirty under the bed but it was the only thing comfortable to sit/sleep on.

Negatives: Upon arrival at the hotel, we attempted to check in and were told the hotel had overbooked and was not able to honor our reservation. 9:30pm at night on a holiday weekend. Will never go to this hotel again and am now a little leery of using booking.com, because I had assumed they did a little more vetting of properties than this.

Negatives: Communication between the booking agency and the hotel.

Negatives: All night long, cars would drive in the parking lot and idle for hours. People would go between cars without going into the hotel. Lots of homeless people hang out around entrance and lobby. And, could smell marijuana often from the smokers that would stand right near the front door to the lobby. The room had a very strong odor (air freshener) that was so powerful it affected both of our noses and lungs. We could not open the window due to ice, although the bedroom window was frozen open a crack. It took both days for the odor to dissipate.

Negatives: Needs filtered water dispenser in lobby or in some kind machine at vending machines.
