Negatives: The staff wasn’t helpful at all, I knew I had to leave in the middle of the night to catch a flight so I asked for my bill at 8pm the night before, they told me no you’ll get it when you leave, told me that someone would be available at 4am to get me the final bill. And of course no one was… So no bill, and they don’t bother to answer to my emails requesting the bill to be sent by email. I need that bill for my company. That’s just bad service

Positives: The hotel was very clean and the young man at the front desk was amazing! The shuttle driver was really nice as well.
