The staff wasn’t helpful at all, I knew I had to leave in the middle of the night to catch a flight so I asked for my bill at 8pm the night before, they told me no you’ll get it when you leave, told me that someone would be available at 4am to get me the final bill. And of course no one was… So no bill, and they don’t bother to answer to my emails requesting the bill to be sent by email. I need that bill for my company. That’s just bad service

The hotel was very clean and the young man at the front desk was amazing! The shuttle driver was really nice as well.

The pillows were small and hard but that is the only thing I didnt care for.

Not much to complain about really. The furniture and carpet were a bit dated. But it was clean.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were good size, and seemed to be clean for the most part. Alaska is beautiful!

The walls are very thin, so loud arguing neighbours, their loud TV, doors slamming, and placed right across from the elevator dinging. The road noise was loud as well. There was a large stain on the comforter on the bed as well. Didn't get much sleep, but most of which was due to external factors.
