Bathroom too small. We could not get a roll-a-way. There was some homeless people lurking in parking lot. Breakfast could have had more variety.

My bed was very comfortable, the room was ok, it could have been cleaned during the 4 day stay. I understood that the maid didn't come ever day but he or she didn't come at all during my stay.
Negatives:
The carpets were filthy! Needs to be cleaned! Only one staff member at the front desk at any given time and I had to stand in line to just ask a question. The phones were down for days and I couldn't get a hold of the front desk before I arrived or the day of arrival. I had to pay an uber $32 to get to the hotel instead of the FREE shuttle. They said it was a crap shoot when they would arrive at the airport because they had no phone. I asked to be refunded and they said NO, we don't do that.

Front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, possibly because of patrons interrupting staff almost continuously.
