Didn't stay at the hotel because the elevator was broken and our room was on the third floor.

One of the reasons we booked was the provided an airport pickup & drop off. They removed this service, luckily I checked before we came.
Shower drain was blocked & sink leaked onto the floor.

they didnt provide shuttle service after Dec 15 but this was not communicated to us and were stranded at the airport at 12am for an hour waiting for a taxi

Location was great, breakfast was great. A sandwich stand or small concession stand would be very convenient.

I got mixed up between the 2 locations and that was inconvenient because it is very hard to get a cab.
