The hotel is in a great location. Easy access to stores, gas stations, and food. All of the staff are very friendly. Great hot breakfast with different options each day. Nice bar and restaurant with great food. Nice gym. Nice laundry facilities.

There shuttle was not running had to get rides when called they said they had shuttle service for pick up and to run around time when I called 24 hrs before I need a pick up at train station they said call for pick up when we got there called and they said they had no driver

1. We requested to check in early since we arrived at 8.00 am. Unfortunely, our room only ready by 3 pm. We wasted our whole day waited at the hotel lobby.

The breakfast was amazing. Every day we had some thing a little different and that was wonderful too. Whether it was bacon or sausage or eggs that were scrambled or made into an omelette. Everything was exceptional. Coffee was good. Juices were good and the staff people were always there to refill or accommodate. I was extremely impressed with our room the staff, their helpfulness and kindness, you have an amazing group of people that work for you at the CLARiiON.

Sorry, I can’t help you here, we couldn’t complain about anything even if we tried.
