The staff was absolutely amazing and went far above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!
Negatives:
Ceiling falling in, room doors didn?t close, screaming children, and very foul odor throughout hotel and rooms were even worse. Left and booked another hotel 10 minutes after arriving. Definitely not a 3 star hotel as listed.

The location because close to all places of interest in Homer. The room is spacious and well equipped.
Negatives:
In the 6 days I stayed there they only made my bed, but they didn't clean the bathroom and didn't change towels any day. They do the room at any time and they can come in the afternoon, the check in is from 16h and you can have the room without finishing cleaning

Position great before the Spit and close to restaurants, town and beach. Beds are confortable and check in was easy.

Hotel is a little out dated and not very clean. They don't offer breakfast.

Noise from movement of furniture in the bar located above our room - although this ended around 10pm. Then prolonged staff argument in the early hours in the room next door. We asked to be moved to a quiter location and staff obliged. Not the best though!6
