The front desk receptionist was great. The room service was amazing though.
Negatives:
Rooms were quite dark with not enough lighting. The rooms were relatively small. The bathroom was small and the toilet wasn't in great condition. The restaurant Food was great, but the area around the restaurant had a bad foul smell. We encountered a few smokers who were smoking in the restaurant which made it quite uncomfortable. The ambience of the restaurant is more of a bar and hence is not a good fit for families planning to have lunch or dinner.
