The reason we travelled was Pet friendly and this particular stay also enabled me to keep him in our apt and go out. The hotel service was excellent and staff made it special to name a few Sneha, Shalika etc. SPA was very good.
Negatives:
I am unable to get any slots for future bookings e.g. July 2020 and Dec 2020 also !!! as bookings shows full for next 1 plus year which is very disappointing, there should be option to pre-book. The response we got is existing guests may extend their stay by 2-3 months and until last minute we can't see if any slot is available also the expectation is min 10 days booking which is practically not possible/required in all case. Even if existing guests have defined schedule the slots after their planned last date should be available for others who are regular guests to book rather than giving preference to only them who are existing guests. seems biased in this case.
