Horrible sheets(tear)& towels,dingy! shower stall in bad shape. Unfinished floor joint from bath to bedroom.damaged bathroom door and rust all around the door jam. Gray toilet stains and black mildew under the rim that can be seen from the 10 feet away

nope. This was our third time staying here.

I was upset that even though we had reserved a room with a king bed, when we arrived we were told there were none available and had to take a room with 2 beds.

Not clean, only 1 wash cloth and 1 cake of soap for a 5 day stay. Microwave rusted and old. Had to ask for extra towels, etc. Breakfast in lobby sparse coffee cold. Key had to be recharged several times. Toilet ran and shower dripped.

I normally give good reviews, BUT this place got bad customer service, room floor walls sheets, towels dirty, smelling bad. holes on the Bathroom walls, they even get your C/C inf. incase we breaks/steal something.no cold water in the room...

Positives:
We have stayed here before and enjoyed the room. Breakfast was a disappointment last year and this year was not remarkable either. It was almost as if they did not offer much on purpose. Front desk had an attitude of not caring very much. Other than that, it was a safe, clean place to rest.
