Positives:
The maid service was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the look of the hotel was nice. Our air conditioning was not working when we arrived however they Fixed it very quickly.
Negatives:
The pool was not heated and the hot tub was broken. We came for a girls weekend, so this was extremely disappointing and I felt like a discount should have been applied. Hearing the train nearby multiple times during the night the air conditioning was very loud when it kicked on.
