I travelled with my wife and 5 months old son. While they sent an email 1 days before that they are looking forward to welcoming me, when we reached at the hotel after a long day of flight, we were told that they are nit able to accommodate us and had to move our reservation to a hotel across the street. This is after I reserved my room well in advance. When asked why didnt they tell us in advance, they said booking.com didnt leave any phone or email on the file. This is after they sent a notification to me a day before that they are looking to welcome us. The manager said she would still give me my Marriott Bonvoy points and some extra for inconvenience. Its been 8 days and I have called 3 times about my points but I have still not received the points. Poor experience! Would not recommend this property at all.

Staff was very accommodating. Plans changed and they able to get us a room for a second night. I needed to change from 2 to the room to 3 and needed to change rooms from king to 2 beds. They took care of everything while I was at the hospital with a sick husband. Thank you to the staff! Great job!
