We arrived around 8:30 and when we got in the room found we were next to the pool and very close to the hot tub. A group in the hot tub started playing music at a high volume. After three trips to the front desk we were told that the pool was open until 10 and there was not much they could do. I asked him to come outside to listen and he finally agreed to ask them to lower the volume. It did get better but still needed to put on tv to cover the noise.
