Positives: Breakfast was sub par, the previous weekend in Palm Springs and their breakfast was 10x better. I pulled a long stringy clump of hair out of the pool. I thought the staff was very friendly and the room was great!o

Negatives: Cleaner pool. I forgot to tell the front desk we had ants coming out of the hole at the corner of the tub and the wall. I plugged it up with my photo tape.

Positives: Location, cleanliness, responsiveness of workers, and someone was always at the front desk even in the early AM hours. Some hotels the clerks are MIA

Negatives: The breakfast was always the same.... Eggs were always over cooked and they would start taking down things BEFORE breakfast ended.

Positives: Nice room size, comfy bed, good breakfast, friendly staff!

Negatives: The palm tree trimmers truck was noisy early in the morning and we had to ask the front desk to help to clean our windshield. they did call the guys that were cutting trimming the palm trees and our issue was resolved. Palm timers should let guest know to move their cars.
