Negatives: Better breakfast. No bacon, no sausage, no ham, need more gluten free items, and a nightly happy hour, not just one weekday..

Negatives: Could definitely have used more towels up front and the bathmat was in very sad shape, but that didn't really bother me. Slightly nicer toilet paper would also be nice, but then, it is a hotel.

Negatives: Parking fee that I wasnt told about

Negatives: I didnt like the portable ac unit in our room because it was hot in the living room dining area

Negatives: Outdated ac kept room 80 or more degrees and uncomfortable. Maint staff could not do better but tried. Weekend morning breakfast staff is terrible and should be replaced. More interested in phone than keeping area stocked and clean.

Negatives: Everything. My car was stolen in their parking lot. They didnt have cameras

Negatives: I didn't like how housekeeping would just use their key to come in you're room your supposed to knock and announce who you are. But don't housekeeping have a chart of who's checking out and who asked for there rooms to be cleaned. It clearly stated on the bathroom mirror that if you were staying there several days and wanted your room cleaned that you had to call the front desk to have someone clean your room and notify them. It made me feel like are my belongings safe. I did not like the bugs that were on the side entrance doors and walls. The outside of the hotel need to be sprayed with pesticides or that people did not pick up their pet feces. I didn't like that theyer were no surveillance cameras down all hallways on each floor to show who's going in and out your room or trying to come in and out your room .I didn't like how the fire alarm in the room did not work once I changed to the second room. And I didn't like how they charge you for breakfast but you had a kitchenette to eat in every room I feel like they should have had a separate key for people that wanted to eat breakfast there it shouldn't have been included in the right for those that were getting doordash or Uber eats or making their own breakfast in their rooms.

Negatives: Air conditioning did not work Friday or Saturday. It was over 80 degrees in the room and over 110 degrees outside. Asked for ac to be fixed Saturday and when we arrived back at 11 pm it was not. No room to move to. Very disappointed and would like refund.

Negatives: The pool was down and it was my birthday and all I wanted to do was float and chill. They did say we could use another hotels pool but it had a lot of peeps in it.
