The sheets on the pull out bed bedding wasn't cleaned. It had stains plus the sheets.

The staff were very unprofessional my suite couldn’t be found for whatever reason even though I booked & paid for it a week in advance then my room wasn’t ready I had to wait 1 1/2 after check-in time just to get my key also there was no covers for the pull-out bed I called down to ask for those as they are normally in the room already I was told by the staff I could come down and get them myself didn’t show any compassion i definitely wouldn’t stay here again due to customer service
