There was very little toilet paper in the bathroom. Had to go to front desk to get more. The refrigerator didn't work. Mold in the bathroom. Room was old and run down. Charged us $150 for damage that was done by previous customer. Won't give us our money back.

The rooms were dirty. Bathroom floor board was filthy and the wall was peeling apart. Light fixture all rusted out fan in bathroom did not work. Bathroom towels had stains. Smelled like urine.

Nothing it was the worse hotel we have ever stayed in. The front desk was horrible, she was rude and shouldn?t be dealing with customers! The door was wide open when I went to the room. The went against the handicap laws and didn?t have a downstairs room

The windows lock was broken upon arrival and anyone could easily get in and out of the window not safe

The location was pretty decent but, tge fact that the cot + the fact that the wouldn't let me change my reservation or cancel without a fee is absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service.

The cost of the room was reasonable but, they wanted me to leave a deposit +the cost of the room is ridiculous. To top it off, I got charged for a cancelation fee even if I wanted to reschedule.
