Positives: The property was in Chandler ,Az which is a great location.

Negatives: Upon arrival waited over 15 mins to check in. No one was at the counter. The property smelled because the toilets were backed up. The security latch on the door was broken(scratched my hand). The staff kept trying to blame me for their poor service. The toilet was over flowing, the hallways stank, and the room were subpar.
