Just remodeled hotel was awesome! Huge rooms, hot tub and sauna available and working!! Greeted by such a warm and friendly gentleman at the desk. Clean and neat rooms- beds & pillows very comfy. Refrigerated, coffee, nice bathrooms with toiletries. We will definitely be back for our trip thru Flagstaff again. Great amenities for the price!!! Thank you!!!!

I was deceived at the front desk and refused a refund. my business trip changed dramatically due to the weather, and I had to go home. I asked them to return the money in 3 days, I had to go home, but they said they couldn’t do that. Later, booking support said that only they can cancel the reservation and return the money, they are liars.
