The staff was super rude especially Kimberly. Felt racially discriminated throughout the whole time.

The staff was very rude and uncooperative. From the jump I was trying to change my date due to unexpected emergency with my wife however the manager on duty Kimberly was so rude and uncooperative. Furthermore upon getting there the same lady, Kimberly, try to say that it wasnt me who booked the hotel and and tried to insinuate that I was faking my identity. After standing there for almost 30 minutes after I provided email confirmation proof as well as my booking.com confirmation she reluctantly allowed me to get check in. Mind you, this whole time I am in the lobby waiting my wife was in the vehicle sick on her birthday. I am and African American male and have definitely never felt racially discriminated and profiled such as I have been on that night by Kimberly on my wifes birthday. Would definitely not recommend after that experience.
