When I checked in they told me that the room I booked they didn't have any more of them so they tried to stick me in a handicap room. When I told him no, then they stuck me in a room that had a broken shower. I am done with them.

no elevator to room/floor. Bed barely fit in room. Have stayed multiple times at this hotel and other comfort inns, this was not a standard room (i think staff quarters). The staff cant even wheel supply cart to room. brkfst not stocked, arrive early.
