Room 316 AC unit is noisy we switched rooms to extend stay to room 232 for one evening. Also the step in the shower of 316 is falling off someone could slip and fall and get hurt. In room 232 the toilet paper holder fell off the wall.

For me, location was great. If you plan on doing business in Phoenix, I suggest a different location due to the traffic on the freeways unless you plan for it. The free breakfast was a good start to the day. Room was very comfortable.
Negatives:
Only complaint, and my issue has already been addressed by IHG, were the room doors that have to close at a certain speed but were very loud when closing. More a responsibility of the person staying there and not being polite and slowing the closing..

Small parking area. Carpets in hallways and room had stains and needed shampooing. Hairs in tub and bathroom floors. Drain plug out of tub.
