Negatives: There was No jacuzzi. When I went to the front desk to check out in person no one was there and two other people were also waiting. We waited for 20 mins and then left because no one ever showed up. Bathtub was too small for my hight.

Positives: Location was great. Close to everything. Staff was super friendly.

Negatives: We asked to get our room cleaned 2 times. Neither time, the toilet and bathroom were not cleaned at all. The water in the icebucket was left behind. They took out the garbage and made the bed and refreshed the linens, coffee, etc. The second day, I specifically asked for a complete clean -not done.

Positives: Very nice room. Friendly staff. We got into town after traveling for 14 hrs on the road, called the hotel at 4am to see if they had an availability since it was easter weekend and by 5 o clock AM we were in a room and in bed. Super quick and efficient. We woke up easter morning to find eggs around the mail lobby and areas - which i thought was really cool and fun of the staff to do for the guest- definitely brought excitement and a little smile to our littles who found one each. We also enjoyed the free breakfast in the mornings. They have a great selection of breakfast options.

Negatives: Parking can be difficult if you get to the property to late. There is also another hotel in the same parking lot- didnt bother us any but if its a holiday weekend- it could be tough.
