It was in a location with lots of things to do so close by.
Negatives:
For a high rated hotel, I thought the rooms would be a little more updated. The room had a smell like wet clothes had been sitting in a dryer for too long. It didn’t feel clean they had to transfer me to another room. The resolution was they could come Spray the room or move me to another one. The other room I was moved to, still felt not entirely clean but the smell was better. Other than that, staff was great!

The handle to our room’s door was partly broken and could only be lifted up to get in; our bathroom toilet ran water constantly and occasionally struggled to be flushed; beds felt very old and uncomfortable; there was a hair on one of the extra sheets in the closet.

The property was great, didn’t smell musky. The location was great within walking distance of stores, food and nightclubs. Within walking distance of the State Farm Stadium. Breakfast was great variety of options, they do provide different options, so you’re not eating the same thing each morning. The rooms were nice, housekeeping was amazing. They actually came in cleaned up the rooms tidied them up made the beds. We had some throw blankets. They actually made them nice and neat on the bed to make it look more Homie, which I felt was going above and beyond. The pool and hot tub were clean. Staff was amazing! This was about 20 minutes from hurricane Harbor.

It was good. enjoyed it. was great not having to drive anywhere too get breakfast. I really liked the location, it was with in walking distance of were my training was being held.
Negatives:
amenities such as microwave, refridgerator. I requested a Handicap room but I did not get one making it very hard on myself and my husband. Oh! I requested my receipt and while I was in training a house keeper said we had checked out, and my spouse who is handicap had no where to go until check out at 11. I was really disappointed.

The room was spacious (king), and the bed was comfortable. I liked the shower. The shower head was clean, with no sign of Limescale, and I adjusted it so that all of the water settings worked. The water pressure was good. I liked the big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower. The bottles were full, and the product was excellent and pleasant to smell. Every lamp base had a USB port and a standard outlet. The staff at this hotel was excellent. The overnight desk clerks were patient and very helpful. The morning desk clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area as we needed directions to the event we were attending. The kitchen staff was also kind and quick to ensure everything was clean and well-stocked.

The placement of the ADA bar in the shower was too close. I banged my elbow while washing my hair.
There was only one creamer pack in the in-room coffee bar. The ice machine was not marked on the first floor.
