Workers working on motel rooms drilling holes in the walls at 7am

The floors were so sticky, bed linens had cigarette burns. Bathroom door didn't close all the way shower had roaches and mold. Very very dirty. The towels were stained and didn't look or smell clean. The tile around the shower fixtures were all broke. Holes in between the shower head and faucet. Tiles and shower curtain full of mold. In the courtyard there were homeless people yelling and fighting all night. We were traveling so we checked in after 10pm amd prepaid for th room so of course it was non refundable. We have stayed at plenty of motel 6's and never had a horrible experience like this one. We got up at 5 am and got the heck out of there.

Customer service was good didn't know I got a smoking room and it smelled alot like cigarettes went to the lobby and asked if I could transfer to a non smoking room and without hesitation they were able to do it.. would've liked it more if it was a big bed instead of 2 full

would like my money back this hotel was so nasty and infested with roaches. I had roaches crawling on the beds, crawling on the floor in the bathroom on the ground. I left my food on the bed to go take a shower come back it’s roaches all in my food all through my clothes. I had a horrible experience there please refund me my money.
